Amit grew up being fascinated with equities and started his journey in Indian capital markets 15 years ago. A colleague introduced him to Prof. Bakshi's blog which has had big influence in shaping him as the investor he is today. Since then he has been learning and applying Value Investing principles. He loves to explore past business patterns that have created huge wealth for it's shareholders. Amit has been a full-time investor since 2017. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina and has been investing in both Indian and US businesses. He has worked for Financial Services companies like MetLife Home Loans and LPL Financial in the US for 8 years.
